The delegation led by Chief Commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the unified system of Kazakhstan internal affairs bodies, Lieutenant-General Ruslan Zhaksylykov paid official visit to our country on September 28.
Firstly Mr R. Zhaksylykov and the people who accompanied him went to the Alley of Honor, laid fresh flowers at the grave of our people’s National Leader Heydar Aliyev and commemorated. The fresh flowers were laid at the grave of outstanding ophthalmologist-scholar, academician Ms Zarifa Aliyeva, as well.
Then the delegation visited “Eternal Flame” complex in the Alley of Martyrs.
On this day Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov received Lieutenant-General Ruslan Zhaksylykov.
Then Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs in Main Department of the Internal Troops-Commander of the Internal Troops, Lieutenant-General Shahin Mammadov met the delegation led by Lieutenant-General Ruslan Zhaksylykov.
Lieutenant-General Sh.Mammadov who greeted the visitors, spoke about the relations and development of military cooperation occasions between Chief Command of the National Guard of Kazakhstan and the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic and assuredly noted that such meetings held will have positive impact to expand more our cooperation.
In the meeting the useful partnership between the relevant bodies of both countries was highly estimated and stressed that such cooperation and sharing of experience are necessary for the general interest of the countries. The visitors were given detailed information about the creation date, structure, normative legal base, history and development of the troops.
Lieutenant-General R. Zhaksylykov who thanked for hearty reception and detailed information, in turn expressed his satisfaction because of visit to our republic and highly estimated the relations between the relevant bodies of both countries.
Some other issues that are interesting for the parties were discussed in the meeting held in a friendly and kind atmosphere, as well.
Note that the delegation will become acquainted with organization of teaching process in High Military School of the Internal Troops, condition made for the students, as well as military unit № “N” located in Baku city, then will watch special- tactical training of Training Center of the Troops, also visit Heydar Aliyev Center and other historical and cultural monuments in our capital during the visit that will last till October 1.
