Applicants to the Higher Military School of the Internal Troops under the Ministry of Internal Affairs shall be selected among citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with fluent Azerbaijani, at least 1.65 cm height, registered in local authorities, departments and divisions of State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a conscript, studying in the graduation year or full secondary educated and citizens (only male) who are 17 years old and under 20 years of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Applicants must go through a test on norms set by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in physical training, military doctrine and mandate commissions established in the Head Office of the Internal Troops (minimum norms on physical training: stretching on a chinning bar – 6 times, running – 15 seconds for 100 meters distance and 4 minutes for 1000 meters distance, push up and down of body on arms from floor – 18 times, push up and down of torso – 18 times).
The list of applicants who passed tests and relevant examinations successfully shall be submitted to the Board of Directors of the State Exam Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan to take admission exams.
Exams shall be held in Azerbaijani and Russian languages on III specialty group subjects by a test method.
All organizational events, documentation, date, time and location of exams and other conditions related to admission exams shall be specified by the Board of Directors of the State Exam Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Applicants should follow notices posted on the website of the Commission or mass media for this purpose.
Applicants who have been admitted to the Higher Military School of the Internal Troops under the Ministry of Internal Affairs shall be provided uniform, dormitory and food at the state’s expense. Academic language shall be Azerbaijani and study period shall be 4 years at school.
Graduates who completed the school successfully shall be granted the specialty of “Public security and administration” and military rank of “Lieutenant” and they shall be appointed to relevant posts in the Internal Troops. Conscripts with dual citizenship, liabilities before other states and who have to go the military service in April and July of 2021, as well as people who are religious figures, considered as a disabled or with limited skills, previously convicted due to crime committing, including applicants who were dismissed without a justification for criminal proceedings, as well as not complying with other terms set for admission to the service in the Internal Troops, shall not be admitted to the Higher Military School of the Internal Troops under the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Applicants should submit documents below to the Head Office of the Internal Troops under the Ministry of Internal Affairs (address: G.Musabayov Street 4, Binagadi district, Baku) for admission to the Higher Military School of the Internal Troops under the Ministry of Internal Affairs:
identity card and birth certificate (original and notarized copy);
reference on studying in the graduation year of the educational institution or school leaving certificate on secondary education (certificate’s original and notarized copy);
health certificate from the medical institution on the place of residence;
certificate on initial military registration (original and notarized copy);
reference issued by the educational institution;
2 photos 9x12 cm and 4 photos 4x6 (without caps, coloured and on a dull paper).
Receiving applications and documents of the applicants for school shall be implemented between 10:00 and 17:00 every day from March 1 to April 10 of 2021 (excluding Sundays and holidays)
